Founded in 2010, Assemble began as an advocate for new ideas about the future of housing through their flagship publication, Assemble Papers. Delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes, Assemble now supports people looking to rent and purchase homes through new and innovative purchase pathways. As well as conceiving investment models, which are designed to deliver increased opportunity for their partners to invest in, they deliver more supply and choice in housing for more people.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
HIMMEL was engaged to craft all-new website and brochure copy for their latest development, 4 Ballarat Street in Brunswick, Melbourne. Providing an opportunity for residents to live in a vibrant and diverse neighbourhood, this project was designed to encourage greater connection to neighbours and the local community. We worked closely with the team at Assemble to craft a compelling narrative that engaged readers, shared the unique features of the development and the local area, as well as shining a light on both the sustainability aspects of the project as well as its role in providing an affordable housing pathway for many.
RESULT
A compelling overview and story of 4 Ballarat Street, Brunswick, brought to life in both digital and print. The copy shares the story of the site’s rich heritage and its potential for the future. It covers all features, materials, and finishes of the project while celebrating connection to neighbours, the local community, shared spaces and enjoyment of everyday life.
