OVERVIEW

A nod to Pittwater's fishing and seafaring heritage, Snappermans reimagines coastal living with new nautical elegance. Representing a rare opportunity alongside one of Sydney’s most prized coastal locations, Snappermans celebrated an exceptional collection of residences, each designed by Koichi Takada Architects. Working with Studio Odea, we were tasked with crafting website and brochure copy, and a considered tone of voice, that paid respect to the area's deep connection to the water, both as a place and a way of life.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

We created elevated brochure and website copy that captured the essence of life on the water's edge while showcasing the architectural excellence and understated luxury that defines Snappermans. This was created through a number of significant interviews with both the architects and interior designers to gain a complete understanding of the project, its inspiration, and overarching concept.

Brochure Copy: The brochure became a love letter to Palm Beach living. We wove together the location's maritime history with the contemporary sophistication of the design, creating engaging sections steeped in a narrative of nature, aspiration, and authenticity. The copy invited potential buyers to imagine every day moments that felt social, sunlit, and salt-kissed – from the mineral palette of tranquil blues and sage undertones of the homes to the generous floorplans and thoughtful materiality of each space.

Website Copy: We brought the brochure's elevated language to life digitally, creating immersive copy that captured the quiet ebb and flow of the tide, and the vibrancy of Palm Beach's close community. From homepage storytelling to residence details, every word reinforced the positioning of understated luxury meets genuine coastal ease.

The language across both touchpoints was designed to reflect the project's visual identity – swashed letterforms suggesting movement and direction, mirroring the water that defines this unique pocket of the world.

RESULT

Snappermans now has a complete narrative ecosystem that positions these limited residences as more than a property development – they're an invitation to life on the water's edge. The elevated brochure serves as a beautiful introduction to the vision, while the website provides an immersive digital experience that captures the spirit of place.

Together, the copy establishes Snappermans as the intersection of Pittwater's seafaring heritage and Koichi Takada's architectural vision – where history meets contemporary design, and coastal living is reimagined with nautical elegance. Most importantly, the language creates space for buyers to see themselves in these homes: breathing in the salt air, entertaining in generous rooms filled with natural light, and becoming part of the community that calls this rare stretch of Palm Beach home.
